Welcome to the SCPM

  

 

   The Scalabrini Center for People on the Move (SCPM) is a non-stock, non-profit organization which provides temporary shelter for Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW).  The SCPM is run by the Congregation of the Missionaries of St. Charles “Scalabrinians.”

Our Mission is to provide Temporary Shelter to OFW’s and Seafarers who come to Manila before or after going to work abroad. The SCPM promotes human dignity and respects the rights of the people on the move. The SCPM pretends to be a home for those OFW and Seafarers by creating an environment of friendship and welcoming.

If you are an OFW or a Seafarer, you are very welcomed to the SCPM, if during your staying in Manila becomes exhausting remember that in the SCPM you can find relief.
